• Required language(s): English

• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
• Strong entrepreneurial skills is running businees operations as a whole including financial reporting and budgeting, staffing and client service
• Good communication and reporting skills in both writting and verbal is required
• Strong technical knowledge on building systems.

Supervisor IT
• Developing and maintaining software applications
• Meets with users to understand and define user needs
• Plans and implements technology solutions to meet user requirements
• Coordinates task and project activities with information technology staff, users and vendors
• Manages and administers application systems
• analyse and troubleshoots problems and performance issues

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, (Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering Computer/Telecommunication)
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL Server, Java, J2EE
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience of working effectively as part of a team

• Ability to analyse user existing systems
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System or equivalent
General Affair Officer
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): administration, fast learner, good sense
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Dispatch, Messenger, etc) or equivalent.

Job Description:
• Improve the implementation of asset management function
• Prepare a monthly report of all GA activities
• Maintain company assets, company cars, and other equipment and facilities
• Ensuring the supplying daily office supplies and stationaries
• Purchasing office supplies and project equipment
• Documentation of related registration or legal matters
• Lead company events (exhibition, meetings, etc)
• Doing the process of procurement (goods/services) needed by other units
• Negotiate with external parties (vendor or consultants)
• Monitoring the process of procurement payment
• Developing good relationships with internal and external parties (consultants or vendors)
